No screening on Saturday 3rd June, 2017

No Screening until Saturday June 10

There will be no JAFWA screening on June 3rd – it being the first Saturday of the month, JAFWA’s usual weekend off.
Last week we watched the conclusion of 3 regular TV series at JAFWA. The Japanese really know how to make a series come to a satisfying conclusion, don’t you think? New series to replace these in June and July!
It appears that NITV channel 34 has ceased screening its Friday evening anime movie – “Wolf Children”, “Totoro”, “The Boy and the Beast” and “Summer Wars” were so wonderful in May.

Be aware that on July 16th, JAFWA will have its AGM on annual elections. Hence starting next week, we will be taking nominations for the JAFWA elections.

Fear not! JAFWA will return on Saturday June 10th, and we expect that our program will contain the following:

5:10pm Akagami ga Shirayuki-hime Ep 23/24
5:35pm Little Witch Academia Ep 5/25
6:00pm Poco’s Udon World Ep 1/??
