Synopsis

Fairy Tail

Magic and mayhem in the nation of Fiore. The members of the infamous mage’s guild Fairy Tail spend their days sorting out problems for the residents of Magnolia and battling the odd apocalyptic demon or dark guild. Of course they don’t let little things like that get in the way of having fun.

Tonight’s Episode:Bad Omen

Lucy proves to be the stronger than her Raven Tail opponent, Flare Corona. So, naturally, Raven Tail cheats. First Flare threatens to kill Asuka if Lucy tries to fight back, a tactic which works until Natsu steps in to prevent her sneak attack on the defenceless child. And then when Lucy breaks out her most powerful attack to finish the battle in one blow, the Raven Tail members outside the arena siphon away her power before the attack can hit Flare. With Raven Tail having won (and the judges seemingly oblivious to their rampant cheating), it’s now time for the B Team’s battle.

Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun (Monthly Girl’s Nozaki-kun)

High school student Sakura Chiyo has a serious crush on her tall, stoic schoolmate Nozaki Umetarou. But when she finally plucks up the courage to tell him she always wants to be with him, she finds herself employed as his assistant. Turns out Nozaki is a shoujo manga artist, and by working alongside him Sakura gets to see her high school crush in action … and see the not-so-perfect inspiration for his stories.

Tonight’s Episode:What’s Strengthened Is Our Bonds And Our Reigns

Another run-in with his old editor shook up Nozaki’s confidence. Fortunately, Ken talked him out of any crazy ideas and instead suggested a story about his two new side characters. For Nozaki, that means advancing the relationship between two characters he based on the angel-voiced, but abrasive, Seo and the mild-mannered Wakamatsu, something he’s not completely comfortable with since the real life inspiration haven’t advanced their relationship. But that may be about to change.

Log Horizon season 2

Life continues for Shiroe and the others trapped within the world of Elder Tale. The city of Akihabara is now prosperous and thriving thanks to the efforts and innovations of the adventurers. But prosperity does not guarantee safety, Shiroe’s skills have already been tested against the nefarious Nureha and her guild Plant Hwyaden, and now he must find a way to secure Akihabara’s future against those who would seek to claim it for themselves.

Tonight’s Episode:The Changing Battlefield

Through careful planning to minimize his advantages and lead him to the ambush site just as Princess Lenissia deactivates Akihabara’s magic circle, the possessed serial killer Enheart Elreath is defeated. And the pressure of the battle provides the final push Akatsuki needed to master her own version of the teachings. She even gets a new sword out of the ‘Akihabara Raid’. But at the same time Akatsuki was killed and began all the training and planning to bring down Enheart, there was someone else who had experienced defeat for the first time …

Preview – Gundam Reconguista in G

When Belri Zenam, prodigy trainee of the Capitol Guard, helps capture a strange new Mobile Suit, he finds himself with more than he bargained for. Belri’s ability to pilot this machine embroils him in events that will have consequences for the entire planet.

Tonight’s Episodes:The Mysterious Mobile Suit

In the upper reaches of the atmosphere mechs from two separate forces pursue a third that is earth-bound. One manages to snag their quarry with a grapple-line, whereupon the pilot bails out into the dangerously thin atmosphere. The second group, the Capital Guard, ends up with the pilot and the first with their machine. The following day, that same Capital Guard pilot is taking a group of trainees into orbit, via space elevator, for their first practical lesson in zero gravity. They even have a cheer squad from St Flower Academy along for the ride, much to his displeasure.

D-Frag!

Kazama Kenji goal in life was simple; become a famous and feared delinquent. Instead he finds himself mixed up with his school’s struggling Game Development club and its various … eccentric … members. Yet the harder he tries to get away from them, the more he finds himself running into the other crazies in his school.

Tonight’s Episode:What?! Your Little Sister Makes Your Lunches?

Ken runs afoul of the most infamous delinquents at the school; the Band of 14 Devils (although their claim to infamy is hogging the rhythm games at the local arcade). Who argued over who would get to play the “Scramble for Porn Mags in Space (Volume 2)” board game that Roka snuck into Ken’s bag, until Roka and the rest of the Game Dev Club (Provisional) showed up to rescue him. Ken now owes Roka (the Secret Underboss of the School, who would have guessed?) for saving him … which means he has to play “Scramble for Porn Mags in Space … Volume 3!”

Noragami (Stray God)

Hiyori Iki is introduced to the world of spirits and deities after her first encounter with Yato, a homeless war god, results in a near death experience. Now Hiyori needs the ambitious Yato to help stop her soul from disconnecting from her body, but a god who doesn’t even have a shrine, let alone worshippers, doesn’t really inspire much confidence.

Tonight’s Episode:Over the Line

Nora, it turns out, is not a name but a title for untrustworthy Regalia sworn to multiple gods at once… and only used for the darkest and most shameful deeds. But even normal Regalia come with drawbacks; Kazuma, the one Reglia of Bishamon that cares about Yato, has warned Hiyori that the taint from Yuki’s negative thoughts could kill Yato. But in spite of this, and Nora’s continued efforts to drive them apart, Yato refuses to give up on Yuki. Which is why he has him on his latest job; helping a bullied student. But a sullen Yuki does not think much of the kid’s problems

Akame ga Kill

Tatsumi was hoping to find enough money in the capital to save his poverty stricken village, what he found instead was corruption and slaughter. The prime minister is the power behind the throne, manipulating the infant emperor for his own gain, and the common folk of the empire suffer under his reign. A group of assassins known as Night Raid prowl the city, leaving a trail of corpses in their wake. But as Tatsumi quickly discovers, they may be the only hope the empire has.

Tonight’s Episode:Kill the Darkness

Monsters abound out on the open road, but they are no match for a competent swordsman such as Tatsumi. The travelers he saves are grateful for his help and readily offer him advice; don’t go to the capitol, there are worse things within its walls than dragons. Tatsumi is too full of confidence and optimism to heed their words, but it turns out becoming a high paying officer in the army isn’t as easy as turning up and waving your sword around.

Psycho-Pass 2

Makishima Shougo is dead, and Akane Tsunemori still works for Public Security. With a new junior inspector and two new Enforcers she struggles to protect the public from the latent criminals in their midst, whilst hiding from them the horrible truth of the Sybil System. But a new menace walks the streets, a new threat that once again cannot be judged by Sybil. And this time they’re not just a lone psychopath, this time they’re recruiting.

Tonight’s Episode:Gauging the Soul

Enforcer Tougane and the Sybil System are now both working towards turning Akane’s Hue black and have ‘recruited’ Inspector Shimotsuki, not that she wanted any part of this. Kamui meanwhile isn’t standing still. Along with a small cadre of loyal followers, and a stockpile of active Dominators, he has hijacked trains full of civilians. And because he wants Akane there for the final confrontation he has done it all in full view of the surveillance systems.

Danganronpa

Hope’s Peak Private Academy is a famous boarding school, known as a place for students who are the best in their field. When the unremarkable Makoto Naegi wins a lottery to enter the school he and fourteen other new students find the horrible truth hidden within; Hope’s Peak is a prison, and the only way out is to kill one of the other inmates without getting caught.

Tonight’s Episode:All All Apologies (part 2)

Alter Ego’s ongoing decrypting reveals that their incarceration was part of a response to some unspecified catastrophe from a year ago. Monobear once again tries to drive his prisoners to murders, this time by revealing that Oghami is his spy. This results in Asahina being attacked for defending Oghami, which enrages the super-duper high school martial artist. But it seems she kept her promise not to retaliate, as the next corpse to be found is Oghami herself. Dead, with a smile on her face, inside a locked recreation room.
