Synopsis

Nodame Cantabile: Finale

Nodame, Chiaki and their friends continue their careers in the world of music; Chiaki striving for greatness as a conductor, and Nodame striving to equal his talent so as not to be left behind. Chiaki is now a professional conductor, and Nodame is attending an elite musical school in France. For Chiaki his professional life has begun, for Nodame the moment of truth is fast approaching.

Tonight’s Episode: “Lesson 8” and “Lesson 9“

Chiaki and Rui’s concert is about to begin. Nodame has arrived with her friends to listen to the performance. But it is Ravel’s Piano Concerto, the piece she had wanted to play with Chiaki herself. On top of that, as she arrived at the theatre her friends spotted her teacher Mr Auclair, and revealed that he had been giving Rui private lessons prior to the concert. Rui and Chiaki are backstage about to begin her piece. As the call comes in Rui begins to feel nervous and Chiaki thinks back to his own early performances, and the support that Stresemann gave him.

Preview – Galilei Donna

Hozuki, Kazuki and Hazuki Ferrari have endured many lectures from their mother about how they must live up to the legacy of their illustrious ancestor Galileo Galilei. But when shadowy groups start attacking them to get to “Galileo’s Inheritance” they discover their ancestry may be more important than they ever suspected.

Tonight’s Episode: “Galileo DNA“

An airborne assault takes place at an unnamed Methane Hydrate extraction facility somewhere in the arctic. Mecha descend from their dropship, steal the processed methane hydrate and easily destroy the unguarded facility. Meanwhile Hozuki Ferrari pedals, and then rockets, through the narrow streets of her home town. Pursued by a menacing looking drone and wondering aloud why it is chasing her at all. Her sisters are soon to face similar, albeit less high tech, assailants.

Preview – Danganronpa

Hope’s Peak Private Academy is a famous boarding school, known as a place for students who are the best in their field. When the unremarkable Makoto Naegi wins a lottery to enter the school he and fourteen other new students find the horrible truth hidden within; Hope’s Peak is a prison, and the only way out is to kill one of the other inmates without getting caught.

Makoto Naegi imagines this to be the luckiest day of his life, he has been accepted to the prestigious Hope’s Peak academy. However, stepping across the threshold of the front gate knocks him unconscious. When he awakens he is in a room with security cameras and no windows, and he begins to realize his luck was nowhere near as good as he thought. A note about a school assembly sends him looking for the auditorium, where he finds the other students already assembled …

Hataraku Maou-sama! (The Devil is a Part-Timer)

Having been thwarted in his attempts to conquer Ente Isla, the mighty demon lord Satan escapes through a portal with his general Alsiel… And winds up in modern day Tokyo with very little magical power left. His resources for world domination now consist of a tiny rented apartment and a job at a fast food restaurant.

Tonight’s Episode: “The Hero Keeps Her Faith“

Ashiya has talen ill, his health is so poor he cannot even muster the strength to go shopping. At the same time, the landlady has dropped off a massive pile of sourveniers from her holiday and asked them to sell them at the next neighbourhood bazaar. Suzuno sits at her window sill listening to their conversation but her mind is elsewhere. She met with Emilia’s new attacker after returning from Fushima and learned that in addition to being able to dispel holy magic he knows her true identity as an Inquisitor. The revelation has prompted her to look back on her work for the church.

Suisei no Gargantia (Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet)

Galactic Alliance soldier Ledo faces a huge change in lifestyle and outlook when he is separated from his comrades and forced to make his way aboard the Gargantia, a floating city greatly removed from both the technology and the concerns of his home.

Tonight’s Episode: “Moment of Decision“

Having forcibly integrated Pinion’s and Flange’s ships, Kugel’s fleet now set Pinion to work figuring out the purpose and operation of the many artifacts they have recovered from the sea bed, primarily the ones they suspect to be weapons. The promise that any non-weapons are his to keep is enough to motivate Pinion, which dissapoints Rakage. When Pinion asks what she means she reveals her intent to stage a rebellion, provided Pinion can get Ledo and Chamber on their side. Ledo meanwhile is trying to prevent Kugel from attacking the Gargantia, and not having much luck.

Sword Art Online

VR technology has made full-immersion video games possible, and the latest and greatest is Sword Art Online. But the players who logged in on the first day find that logging back out may be a lot harder, and the challenges of the game more than they bargained for.

Tonight’s Episode: “Gilded Hero“

Having fought their way past the guardians with the help of Sakuya and Alicia’s armies, Yui now uses the System Administrator’s card to teleport her and Kirito beyond the Dome. Kirito opens his eyes to find both of them in a featureless corridor. Yui quickly determines Asuna’s location and leads them there, through doors, and walls, out onto the upper branches of the World Tree. There is no wonderous floating city, the game’s Grand Quest is a total lie. But before Kirito can get too worked up about the deception, he spots a gilded cage hanging in one of the branches of the tree …

Tonight’s Episode: “The Defeated – Part 6 and Smile: Raid on Stohess District – Part 1“

Despite a valiant effort, Levi’s special operations squad has been completely wiped out. Even Eren in his titan form was no match for his opponent. And the female titan is now carrying the unconscious Eren away in her mouth. This is the scene as Mikasa arrives, but before she can do anything too reckless Levi finally catches up and stops her. His first question is whether Eren is even alive, but Mikasa has no doubts of that. The plan then is straightforward enough, focus solely on rescuing Eren and retreating.

Akane has uncovered the information Kougami left for the Bureau, and through it leartned Makishima’s goal. Now the group heads off to try and stop Makishima from destroying the country’s food supply. Makishima meanwhile has arrived at the automated farming facility.He reads a parable from the bible about sowing good seeds as his reverse engineered virus is being prepared. Kougami has also arrived at the facility, but unlike Makishima he cannot just stroll through the front gate. Just as he is looking for another way in, the Public Security VTOL approaches …
