The 2010 JAFWA AGM is being held on the 7th of August (07/08/2010) at the Collins St Centre from ~6:30 pm to ~9:30 pm. All current signed-up JAFWA members are encouraged to attend (it’s free!) to have the opportunity to hear about how JAFWA is going and directions for JAFWA in the future. We also will officially welcome Glenn and Katie to the JAFWA Committee while saying goodbye to Wendy and Jacen.
Free sausage sizzle beforehand as WestLodge packs up.
Agenda items include (but not limited to):
- President’s Report
- Treasurer’s Report
- Welcome new Committee
- Discussion of special events – including sewing room activities
- Whether to show any anime afterwards
