No Screening until Saturday July 8^th

There will be no JAFWA screening on July 1^st – it being the first Saturday of the month, JAFWA’s usual weekend off.
I hope people enjoyed attending SupaNova 2017 at Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre on the weekend of 24&25 June.

Be aware that on July 16^th, JAFWA will have its AGM, then annual elections. We are still taking nominations for the JAFWA elections until the end of July 8^th.

Hold strong dear JAFWAites! JAFWA will return on Saturday July 8^th. The tabulation of the results of last session’s survey has been completed. At present, we expect that our program will contain the following (though the order might be re-arranged):
(NOTE: we showed the first episode of Atom and Re:Creators just last month, so won’t repeat the first episode)

• Thursday June 29^th 2017 — English dub version of “Sword Art Online: Ordinal Scale” movie at Luna Leederville.
• Saturday July 8^th 2017 — Nominations close for JAFWA’s committee election.
• Saturday July 15^th 2017 — JAFWA AGM from 3PM – all signed up members requested to attend.
• Saturday July 15^th 2017 — JAFWA election during Dinner Break.
• Thursday July 20^th 2017 — The 3 Evangelion movies will be shown in selected cinemas.
• Sunday August 20^th 2017 — Collector Zone! Toy and Hobby Fair at Craigie Leisure Centre.
