Below is the program for June 14^th, 2014.

And tonight we will have another survey, this time to determine what replaces “Jormangund” and “Kyoukai no Kanata” after the Late Break. The winners of the last survey were “Silver Spoon” second series, “Soul Eater NOT”, “Genshiken Nidaime” and “Witchcraft Works”. We will continue “Soul Eater NOT” on from last week’s episode #1.

Synopsis

Fairy Tail

Magic and mayhem in the nation of Fiore. The members of the infamous mage’s guild Fairy Tail spend their days sorting out problems for the residents of Magnolia and battling the odd apocalyptic demon or dark guild. Of course they don’t let little things like that get in the way of having fun.

Tonight’s Episode: “Tears of Love and Vitality“

The second-in-command of Grimoire Heart, Bluenote, has been restrained by Master Hades … for now. Grey is now shadowing the next highest ranking member Ultear, who is the spitting image of his dead teacher. Meanwhile Juvia and Erza have learned that Meldy’s feelings for Ultear affect her judgement, such as making Grey her number one target from Fairy Tail. Of course threatening Grey in front of Juvia is not a smart strategy but Meldy raises the stakes when she ties all three of their lives together; no matter which one dies, Grey will join them.

Gin no Saji, Season Two (Silver Spoon), Season Two

Life continues at Ooeno Agricultural School for city boy Hachiken. As the current crop of seniors prepare to move into the work force, more club responsibilities are passed on to the younger students. But in the midst of all the club activities, delicious food and good friends, Hachiken discovers that slaughtering animals might not be the only troubling aspect of farm life.

Tonight’s Episode: “Hachiken Becomes the Club Vice-President“

It’s a new semester at Ooeno Agricultural School. More early starts, more farming classes, more exhausting physical labour and more delicious fresh food. The day gets off to an odd start when Mikage comes to Hachiken looking for a bra and the two then go to the Holstein Club for help. The club is busy preparing one of their cows for a Cattle Show, with all the unsettling enthusiasm the Holstein Club seniors can muster.

Soul Eater Not!

DWMA (Death Weapon Meister Academy) is the place to go if you find that you are able the change into a weapon and need to master your newfound ability. Which is how Harudori Tsugumi finds herself in the United States, as part of the new class of students at the academy. Here she will learn to control her power and team up with one of the meisters (Students training to wield Death Weapons). However, she can’t quite make her mind up about which one to team up with.

Tonight’s Episode: “Girl’s Dorm a la Carte“

Anya, Tsugumi and Meme are on their way to the girl’s dorm. A dorm staff member going by the name of Eternal Feather leads them to the dorms, on the way passing through an open marketplace which quickly consumes all of Anya’s attention. Eternal Feather informs them that the allowance they got from the school must cover all their expenses, if they can’t make ends meet they will need to find part time work.

…and then she warns them to watch out for the witch

Log Horizon

Elder Tale is an MMO with over twenty million players world wide. When a new expansion is added to the game, Shiro and his friends find themselvers amongst the several hundred thousand players across the world that are now literally trapped inside the game.

Tonight’s Episode: “Attack“

Shiroe has learned that the Apocalypse may only have been the most recent in a string of world-altering events within Elder Tale, and also that reincarnation may erase parts of an adventurer’s memory. Minori meanwhile has finally worked up the courage to put her lessons and notes from Shiroe to use, delaying her team’s foray into the dungeon so they can get to know each other. Down on the beach Marie is delighted that the training camp is going so well. But out at sea, beneath the waves, there is trouble…

Samurai Flamenco

He started as an enthusiastic amateur, grew into a trained hero with high tech gadgets, and now he leads a team of heroes backed by a giant robot. Hazama Masayoshi’s childhood dream of becoming the hero Samurai Flamenco has been fulfilled and then some. Of course, to be a hero you need villains to fight. But there seems to be no shortage of candidates lining up for that role …

Tonight’s Episode: “Document! We Are The Flamengers!“

Despite some initial arguments about who got to be leader and some lingering resentment from Aoshima, exactly in keeping with the second in command of a Sentai team, the Flamengers are on their way. Now they face the second of the Four Kings of From Beyond; Heatnoid. Although their teamwork could still use some improvement, the Prime Minister is personally congratulating them for their work and Hazama is fitting into the role of team leader fairly well.

Witch Craft Works

Takamiya Honoka’s life used to be completely normal. That is until the day he was attacked by a Witch of the Tower and learned that Kagari Ayaka, the most popular girl in school, is secretly his personal bodyguard and a witch herself. Now Takamiya must contend with a growing procession of eccentric magic users out to either kidnap or kill him, all whilst trying to figure out why anyone is interested in him in the first place.

Tonight’s Episode: “Takamiya and the Fire Witch“

Takamiya Honoka’s daily routine would be completely unremarkable were it not for the fact that he catches the same bus to school, and sits right next to, his school’s most popular girl, Kagari Ayaka. Although they have never exchanged a single word Takamiya has repeatedly felt the … impact of his proximity to the schools â??Princessâ??. But jealous fans are not Takamiya’s only concern. Someone has come to the school looking for him, and as he heads back to class with armfuls of printouts a shadow draws nearer …

Genshiken Nidaime

The old guard have graduated and now only Ogiue, Ohno and Kuchiki remain. As a new year begins Genshiken is once again infused with new members, who bring with them their own quirks, tastes and personal baggage with which to befuddle, bemuse and entertain the rest of the club. The Society for the Study of Modern Visual Culture (Gendai Shikaku Bunka Kenkyukai, Gen Shi Ken) is back.

Tonight’s Episode: “The Other Side of the Path. The Promised Place“

Genshiken’s recruitment total for the previous year was zero, and new club president Ogiue has some rules to lay down for the other remaining club members as a result. Much to the displeasure of Ohno and Kuchiki. Ohno also points out that they did get one new member, since her friend Susanna transferred to their university from America. Nonetheless, Ogiue has taken charge of the club’s recruitment stand out the front of the university as the new term begins, doing some live manga artwork to try and draw in prospective new recruits.

Kyoukai no Kanata (Beyond the Boundary)

Akihito Kanbara is the half-human son of a dreamshade. Although never completely normal his life becomes a little more exciting when he meets Mirai Kuriyama, the last surviving member of a cursed clan of dreamshade hunters, and Akihito takes it upon himself to help her integrate with the other spirit warriors of their town and boost her confidence.

Tonight’s Episode: “Grey World” Finale

Using a fragment of the Kyoukai no Kanata expelled from his body when he was possessed by the Hollow Shadow Akihito has forced his way into the titanic dreamshade’s enclosed space, where it and Kuriyama are locked in battle. The machinations of Fujima from the Dreamshade Hunter’s Association have allowed the monster to absorb other dreamshades, even Ai and Ayaka, into its body for strength. So whilst Akihito and Kuriyama search for a way to defeat the Kyoukai no Kanata, the scions of the Nase clan set off to put a stop Fujima’s plans.

Shingeki no Kyoujin OVA (Attack on Titan OVA)

The entirety of mankind lives encased within a series of fortified walls which protect them from the Titans, giant humanoid monsters who devour people, that roam the world beyond the outer wall. But now, after nearly a hundred years of relative safety, new Titans have appeared. The security of the walls is a thing of the past, and mankind may be facing extinction.

Tonight’s Episode: “An Unexpected Visitor: The Curse of Tortured Youth“

Two years into his cadet training Jean and the others are on leave, back within the safety of the inner walls for a brief time. His obsession with Mikasa is still strong, his determination to get into the Military Police and live an easy life is unchanged. So much so that he rarely has the patience for fellow cadets that show him up in training. But his fellow cadets also discover quite by accident that his dislike of his old home is equally strong.

Kill la Kill

Ryuko Matoi is a girl on a mission; to find the person responsible for her father’s death. Her search has led her to Honnouji Academy, a brutal, totalitarian school where the student council, led by Satsuki Kiryuin and empowered by their Ultima Uniforms, rule over everyone else. Ryuko quickly finds herself at odds with Satsuki’s dictatorship, but aid comes to Ryuko both from unexpected allies within the school … and a set of skimpy talking clothes.

Tonight’s Episode: “Feeling Like Scattered Roses … When You Are Nea“

Driven into a berserk frenzy by Nui, only Mako’s friendship was able to bring Ryuuko back to her senses. Satsuki has banned Nui from the academy, for all the good it will do, and told Ryuuko to focus on the person who can explain her father’s death, her, rather than the psychotic who wielded the murder weapon. Still, Satsuki is pleased. Ryuuko’s battles with the Four Devas have allowed her to refine the Ultima Uniforms, the true purpose of the Naturals Election all along, and she is now ready march to war and conquer the remaining independent schools of Japan.
