No JAFWA until Saturday 13^th August 2022

JAFWA is taking a break from screening this week. Enjoy that wonderful thing known as “Life”, and try not to have anime withdrawal over the break.
Also, with saddened hearts recall this is the anniversary of the Atomic bombing of Hiroshima.

There will be only a single new regular series will be entering the program starting August 13^th. Your survey results guided our decision, even if it is a second season of a beloved series.
Also. we may have a surprise preview item. More news next week.

• May to September 2022 — JAFWA’s Winter hours, where we start (~4:15PM) and finish (~9:45PM), an hour earlier than normal.
• Wednesday August 10^th 2022, — International Patlabor Day.
• Saturday August 27^th 2022, 12:30:3:30 — JAFWA’s next “Make your own fun” event arvo, where we have the Hall for your enjoyment.
• Saturday Sept 3^rd 2022 9:30AM->6PM — Pixel Expo 2022: Perth’s Premier Animation and Gaming Expo at Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre
• Sept 9^th to 17^th 2022 — South West Festival of Japan 2022 at Bunbury Regional Art Gallery.
• November 19^th to 20^th 2022, 10AM to 6PM — [ KaiCon ] Kaiga Anime Convention 2022 at Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre.
