No Screening this Saturday, 4^th June 2022

No JAFWA until Saturday 11^th June 2022

JAFWA is taking a break from screening this week. Enjoy that wonderful thing known as “Life”, and try not to have anime withdrawal over the WA weekend.

JAFWA intends to return on June 11^th, 2022.
Be aware that several cinemas (Hoyts and Event Innaloo) will be screening the theatrical anime movie “Detective Conan: The Bride of Halloween” starting Thursday June 2^nd. Choose your cinemas and language wisely.
Apologies, as we have already missed “Detective Conan The Movie: The Scarlet Bullet” and “Pompo the Cinephile” earlier this month, when I wasn’t looking.

New regular programs will be entering the program starting June 11^th. We are processing the most recent survey results to guide our decision. More news next week.

• June 25^th 10AM -> 26^th 6PM, 2022 — Supanova 2022 – Perth at Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre.
• Saturday July 16^th 2022 9AM->12PM — Nexus Toy and Collectors Fair at Victoria Park Leisure Centres – Aqualife and Leisurelife.
• Saturday July 16^th 2022, from 2PM — JAFWA’s AGM before the standard JAFWA session.
• Saturday July 16^th 2022 — JAFWA’s annual committee elections, during the Dinner Break.
• Saturday Sept 3^rd 2022 9:30AM->6PM — Pixel Expo 2022: Perth’s Premier Animation and Gaming Expo at Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre
• Sept 9^th to 17^th 2022 — South West Festival of Japan 2022 at Bunbury Regional Art Gallery.
