Screening on Saturday 27th March 2021

Another screening night of JAFWA this week, with its usual program of anime goodness. An astronomical side-note, that now that we have passed the Equinox, the night will be longer than the day. This being the last JAFWA session in April, do recall that we will have this week the usual end of month Survey, along with the Member’s Prize draw.
Just a reminder to come early, as the COVID countermeasures limit the number of people we can admit.

This week, we do not have any preview episodes to distract from the survey. However, as we wish to finish the series before the end of the year, we will have a double episode of “Revolutionary Girl Utena”.

Revolutionary Girl Utena

A query:- Do we have enough interest to try doing an auction during the marathon screening of April 24?

We continue taking precautions to limit the possible second wave of CoVid-19, and we ask that you co-operate and even help where possible with our efforts to keep you safe – some social distancing, extra cleaning with antiseptic, library under limited access, etc. Also, we must ask that anyone unfortunate enough to be infected to not attend JAFWA until they are contagion free.
Help would be welcome during set-up and pack-up due to the extra duties imposed by COVID-19. Please arrive early to confirm personal details due to COVID 19 regulations. There will be Contract Tracing, either by the SafeWA app on your keitai (mobile phones), or by signing in at the contact tracing sheet at the front desk. And we need to wipe the chairs down with disinfectant before they are stacked away.

Below is the tentative program for the evening of Saturday March 27th, 2021.
