No Screening this Saturday, 2nd July 2022

No JAFWA until Saturday 9th July 2022

JAFWA is taking a break from screening this week. Enjoy that wonderful thing known as “Life”, and try not to have anime withdrawal over the break.
Rumour has it that some people may need the time to recover from the rush that was Supanova 2022 – Perth.

Several new regular programs will be entering the program starting July 9th. Your survey results guided our decisions. More news next week.

  • May to September 2022 — JAFWA’s Winter hours, where we start (~4:15PM) and finish (~9:45PM), an hour earlier than normal.

  • Saturday July 16th 2022 9AM->12PM — Nexus Toy and Collectors Fair at Victoria Park Leisure Centres – Aqualife and Leisurelife.
  • Saturday July 16th 2022, from 2PM — JAFWA’s AGM before the standard JAFWA session.
  • Saturday July 16th 2022 — JAFWA’s annual committee elections, during the Dinner Break.
  • Saturday August 27th 2022, 12:30:3:30 — JAFWA’s next “Make your own fun” event arvo, where we have the Hall for your enjoyment.
  • Saturday Sept 3rd 2022 9:30AM->6PM — Pixel Expo 2022: Perth’s Premier Animation and Gaming Expo at Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre
  • Sept 9th to 17th 2022 — South West Festival of Japan 2022 at Bunbury Regional Art Gallery.
  • November 19th to 20th 2022, 10AM to 6PM — [ KaiCon ] Kaiga Anime Convention 2022 at Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre.
