Screening of Saturday 23rd November 2024

Screening on the evening of Saturday, November 23rd 2024

Saturday will be a big day for anime. First we have the lucky winners from last week who attend the Advance screening of Ghost Cat Anzu at Luna Cinema, then in the evening wee all come to the JAFWA’s screening. Who knows how many spoilers for “Ghost Cat Anzu” will occur between our normal program, while everyone awaits the general cinema release on December 5th.

This week David is hoping to have enough on the new T/Shirt designs to provide a presentation to the audience. Imagine having clothes promoting our love of JAFWA and anime good enough to wear into fancy places (I am a little interested that the new Ginza Nana Alley behind the Pier Street carpark and next to the Ramen shop at shop, 3, Ground Level, 100/104 Murray St, Perth WA 6000).

This week we have another bizarre preview item, from an anonymous request. Our beloved “Go! Go! Loser Ranger” comes to the end of the first season, with most of use eager for a second season right now! To assuage the loss of the monster fights, we will also screen two episodes of “Kaijuu No.8” to be shown.

Everyone present concludes that Frieren’s replica must be defeated before they can destroy the Spiegel. Before heading into battle, Fern discloses Frieren’s fatal weakness, while Frieren reminisces on times past.
