No Screening this Saturday, 5th April 2025

No JAFWA screening until Saturday 12th April 2025!

It is JAFWA‘s regular one Saturday a month break from screening anime. This allows you, our wonderful attendees, to enjoy some other “Life” (sticky and organic as it is) on the first Saturday of April.
If this thing called “Life” gets too much for you, be aware that during the weekend you might be interested in attending Oz Comic-Con Perth 2025 in Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre.

If you don’t think the anime JAFWA screens is good enough, please offer to sponsor a night of JAFWA and screen your favourites. If you don’t want to sponsor an entire night like both Lindsay and Elliot did last year, there is the other scheme for our signed up members. On the night nearest your birthday, as Greg and Sally did, you can nominate something to play during the Dinner Break (limited to 30 minutes max). You may have to help us source this material, so plan and inform us in advance please.

Below is the draft program for the evening of Saturday April 12th, 2025.
