No JAFWA until Saturday 8th January 2022
Another year of JAFWA screenings has come and gone. We have finished up as many regular series as possible, so that you won’t be on tenterhooks waiting for the next episode while over the New Year’s break.
Life! That glorious thing called “Life” can be enjoyed and celebrated this week! The Festive season is about to start.
This Saturday (Jan 18), our JAFWA members who booked in time will be having a “Christmas” Dinner get-together at Yuki Japanese restaurant, 7/113 Collins Road Willeton, starting from 6:30PM.
Also, it seems that the latest “Sword Art Online movie – Progressive- Aria of a Starless Night” is in select cinemas for this week. Both Japanese with subs, and English dubbed.
JAFWA intends to return on January 8th, 2022, though at a later start time ~6:00PM for that week only, because the Doctor Who club booked the afternoon before we reserved the evening.
JAFWA Dinner Saturday 18th December 2021
This Saturday (Jan 18), our JAFWA members who booked in time will be having a “Christmas” Dinner get-together at Yuki Japanese restaurant, 7/113 Collins Road Willeton, starting from 6:30PM.
As President Drew has explained to individuals, JAFWA isn’t paying for all meals, and as the restaurant doesn’t do separate billing, Drew will require to be reimbursed for those meals. He will provide banking details on the night/send emails with the details and totals.
