Event Afternoon and Screening on Saturday 25th November 2017

Event Afternoon

JAFWA has the hall from about 12:30PM to 4:30PM, where it is make our own amusement time.

Does anybody have their own game machine and games they want their fellow JAFWAites to play? JAFWA will bring out the projector and screen. I am not certain we have access to the outdoor area, but we will try to keep you off the street.
In the past people have brought along video games and the hardware to play them, and sewing machines for cosplay creating. What do you want to do? Just so long as it fun, legal, ethical, and we don’t scuff the floor of the Hall.
We can brainstorm questions for the Quiz to be held at the End of Year Marathon. Though that might give the attendees of the Event Afternoon an unfair advantage.

Screening

Below is the program for the evening of Saturday November 25th, 2017.

It is coming up on the end of year 2017, and we are trying to finish as many series as possible before December 16, so we can start 2018 with all new regular series. As such we are going to show double episodes of a few series to help this come about. And we want “Macross” and “Lupin” to finish on an episode that is a good place for the year end Break. So some of the other regular shows might be pushed about a bit, sorry.
Meanwhile, we had better survey and find out what our dear JAFWAites liked amongst the preview episodes, to get an idea what our new series for 2018 will be. Be warned, I hear at least one person will be making a concerted campaign to convince people to highly rate her favourite show.

Macross
Lupin III

The JAFWA End of Year marathon screening program for 2017 is receiving its final tweaks. It should be a good one. A warning, there will be a quiz. Stay tuned!
