No Screening until Saturday October 14^th

There will be no JAFWA screening on September 7^th – it being the first Saturday of the month, JAFWA’s usual weekend off.
Never Fear! Your anime needs can be met by seeing the latest anime movie at cinemas – see Fireworks at the cinemas.

We are still analysing last week’s survey to determine what will be the new regular items starting in October, but otherwise below is the tentative program for Saturday October 14^th 2017:

Dates of Interest

• October 5^th to 11^th 2017 — anime movie Fireworks (aka “Uchiage Hanabi, Shita Kara Miru ka? Yoko Kara Miru ka?”, also translated as “Skyrockets, Watch from Below? Watch from the Side?”) screening at Luna Leederville, and Hoyts Carousel, and Grand Joondalup, and Innaloo, Morley Event cinemas.
• Sunday October 8^th 2017 — Lazer Blaze in Willetton. Meeting at 5:30pm for a 6:00pm start, we will have unlimited games going until 9:30pm. Tickets start at $22, check out PAniC FaceBook event page and our Try Booking link.
• November 1^st to 5^th 2017 — Japanese Film Festival at Hoyts Carousel, Cannington.
• Saturday November 4^th 2017 — 11AM – 2PM, Yobe Chibi-con is back! YMCA Morley, theme is Royale.
• Saturday December 16^th 2017 — 1PM->~10:45PM JAFWA’s End of Year Marathon screening. We are taking suggestions for what you want to see screened that day.
• Saturday February 17^th 2018 — 10AM – 4PM, Intergalactic Stock Exchange Shed B Terminal, Peter Hughes Dr, Perth, Western Australia 6160.
