Below is the program for September 29^th, 2016.
We thank you for your understanding and patience last week, when we suffered the unexpected technical problem. We are working on getting the main projector back-up and running. Thus we reschedule the skipped preview item, “Mob Psycho 100” for this week.

This week we also have a second sporting preview episode, and the final episode of “Onsen Yousei Hakone-chan”. Does anybody know of a good 5 minute series we can put in its place?

Synopsis

Akagami no Shirayukihime – (Shirayuki (“Snow white”) princess of the red hair)

Shirayuki is a young pharmacist from the kingdom of Tanbarun who is cheerful, spirited and dedicated to her job. She also has brilliant red hair, which is very rare. When the first prince of Tanbarun decides to claim her unique beauty for himself, Shirayuki flees to the neighbouring kingdom of Clarines to start her life over. There may be eccentric nobility here as well, but there are also friends, and at least she can do her job.

Tonight’s Episodes: “This Path, the Crystallization of Premonition”

Prince Zen and friends accompany Shirayuki to a remote village where she is to acquire herbs for the palace, using the excuse that they have to inspect a nearby Fort. But when it appears that all the inhabitants are diseased, can Prince Zen do anything more than request the aid of an apprentice Royal Herbalist? And how much will this tax Shirayuki?

Preview item – Mob Psycho 100

Shigeo Kageyama’s nickname is “Mob”. A slang term for a background character, someone who doesn’t stand out. In truth he is an incredibly powerful psychic who has suppressed his emotions in order to avoid causing a catastrophe. Mob would like nothing better than to live a normal life and have feelings just like anyone else, but with his incredible psychic powers there’s no telling what might happen if he did.

Tonight’s Episodes: “Self-Proclaimed Psychic: Reigen Arataka ~And Mob~”

There are many conmen who would like you to think that they are powerful psychics that can fix your supernatural problems. Enter Reigen Arataka, conman extraordinaire. He has even managed to con a school kid with actual psychic powers into being his effective assistant and doing his work.

A new crop of students have started at Kanagawa Prefectural High School. A new batch of potential recruits for the school’s rugby club. Rugby isn’t a sport where you have a single star player that everyone else revolves around, it’s a team game where any one player can be the hero that wins the match. Rugby is a game for everyone whether you’re tall, short, skinny or fat… Everyone that doesn’t mind getting pounded into the dirt by a head-on tackle, that is.

Tonight’s Episodes: “This Year’s First-Years are Hilarious”

In every school there are bullies that prey on the weak and younger. And they think they have lucked out with tall but cowardly Sumiaki Iwashimizu. Until sensitive about his height Kenji Gion passes by. Through Iwashimizu, the overly excited and energetic Gion will be introduced to a school club of his dreams – Rugby. But what of Iwashimizu?

Takeo Gouda is tall. No, Takeo Gouda is huge. He’s a high-schooler in a giant’s body. That’s been great for all the school sporting clubs he was part of, but less useful in his attempts to find love. But the real problem there is his handsome best friend Makoto Sunakawa, who ends up getting confessions from everyone Takeo likes. In fact it happens so often Takeo now expects it. And then one day, quite by accident, Takeo meets Rinko Yamato …

Haruhiro awoke in this strange land with no memory of where he had come from or how he had got here. Gate: Jieitai Kano Chi nite, Kaku Tatakaeri (Gate: The Self Defence Forces Fight Like This in That Place)

Youji Itami is a 33-year old otaku. He loves anime and does his best to never miss a convention or product sale. Youji is also a member of Japan’s Self Defense Force. After an invasion of Tokyo from an alternate universe, Youji’s unit is sent through the gateway to this alternate dimension to push back the invaders, taking him away from his beloved anime and manga. But maybe this won’t be all bad … because this parallel universe is straight out of a fantasy manga.

Tonight’s Episode: “Dangerous Sisters”

Lelei’s older sister Arpeggio cannot stand her younger sister’s success. Only a magical duel can settle the matter. With the Emperor down, Crown Prince Zorzal takes charge.

Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu (Re: Life in a Different World from Zero)

Being teleported to a fantasy world means you’re the chosen one, right? Natsuki Subaru certainly thought so, but it seems he’s not the fated hero, he’s just another guy in a world full of wizards, warriors and demi-humans. Still, there are decent people in this world and Subaru quickly finds people willing to lend him a hand, people he wants to help in return. But how can a mere high school student hope to challenge the monstrous and magical forces of this world? After all he only gets one shot at this, right?

Tonight’s Episodes: “The Happy Roswaal Mansion Family”

Subaru has finally passed the challenge of retrieving Emelia’s insignia without undergoing a Death Revival. He wakes in the mansion of Emilia’s sponsor, and finds some answers to what is so important about Emilia’s insignia. More importantly. he has the opportunity to change his status from dead broke and homeless.

Sakurako-san no Ashimoto ni wa Shitai ga Umatteiru (A Corpse is Buried Under Sakurako’s Feet)

Tatewaki Shoutarou has a life outside his high school, one that makes the drama and socialising of his peers seem far less important to him. He assists Sakurako Kujou, an unsociable and obsessive collector of bones and the niece of a prominent forensic scientist. But this eccentric isn’t just interested in bones, she is an expert in them. When she and Shotaro go out collecting, they seem to have a knack for finding human remains, and Sakurako’s keen eye and forensic knowledge can quickly tell what befell the previous owner of the latest set of bones she has become obsessed with.

Tonight’s Episodes: “The Bones that Slumber in Summer”

A nature walk looking for animal bones results in finding a human corpse. But Sakurako and Shoutarou will be reminded that corpses are never disconnected from life, for the living must deal with the dead. In this case, somebody close to Shoutarou requires answers.

Jojo no Kimyou na Bouken – Stardust Crusaders (Jojo’s Bizzare Adventure – Stardust Crusaders)

It’s 1989. Fifty odd years have passed since Joseph Joestar did battle with the immortal Pillar Men and now his Japanese grandson, Jotaro Kujo, finds his life turned upside down. A strange new ability awakens within his bloodline, granting him great power but threatening to kill his mother.

Enya has brought together the Joestar group and Hol Horse, for the purpose of killing them all.
