Screening

There will be no JAFWA screening on June 25^th.

Far too many people have indicated that they wish to attend Supanova, the next best convention to WaiCon.

Fear not faithful JAFWAites, for the venerable JAFWA shall once again bring anime goodness into your lives in July. Unfortunately not the 2nd, but the second Saturday JAFWA returns on July 9^th.

Once Supanova, with yourselves revitalised, nominate yourself for the JAFWA committee election.

Dates of Interest

• Friday June 24^rd to Sunday 26^th – JAFWA week off, for Supanova Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre.
• Saturday July 2^nd – CHAOS POP 12pm to 5pm Rosemount Hotel.
• Saturday July 16^th – JAFWA’s AGM in the afternoon 3PM, with the Elections during the Dinner Break. All signed up members please consider attending. Also, who wants to be a Committee member with all that power and privilege?
• September 3^rd to 4^th – Evolve 2016 Pop Culture Expo HBF Stadium in Mount Claremont, Western Australia.

2016 Anime Survey

Hello, the International Anime Research Project team is calling on all Anime Fans (18 years of age or older) to participate in the 2016 anime survey. This year we are delving deep into anime genres.

The survey is anonymous and should take less than 30 min to complete. Participants are eligible to win a $50 Amazon gift card (chances of winning are 1 in 200, draw entries will be confidential and not associated with survey responses).
