Synopsis

Fairy Tail

Magic and mayhem in the nation of Fiore. The members of the infamous mage’s guild Fairy Tail spend their days sorting out problems for the residents of Magnolia and battling the odd apocalyptic demon or dark guild. Of course they don’t let little things like that get in the way of having fun.

Tonight’s Episode: “Thunder Roar“

In the midst of her battle with Gray the spirit of Ultear’s departed mother reached out to her through the depths of the ocean, revealing the cruel deception played upon the two of them. The revelation stripped her of the will to fight and allowed Gray to win the battle. Now Master Hades is the only undefeated member of Grimoire Heart. Meldy meanwhile is still trying to escape the injured, but persistent, Juvia and get Zeref off the island when she runs into a revived Zancrow, who immediately guesses her and Ultear’s betrayal.

Gin no Saji, Season Two (Silver Spoon), Season Two

Life continues at Ooeno Agricultural School for city boy Hachiken. As the current crop of seniors prepare to move into the work force, more club responsibilities are passed on to the younger students. But in the midst of all the club activities, delicious food and good friends, Hachiken discovers that slaughtering animals might not be the only troubling aspect of farm life.

Tonight’s Episode: “Dream“

The Komaba ranch’s cattle have now all been sold. Komaba is gone from Ezonoo, but Mikage is still there. However her future is not looking great either. The debt incurred helping the Komaba’s puts her family farm in jeopardy as well, and the harsh measures needed to make ends meet is crushing Mikage’s dreams for the future before her very eyes. It’s time to borrow a bit more of Hachiken’s courage … and some of his book smarts as well.

The nations of Arandas and Ingelmia have been at war for some time but now the conflict has turned against Arandas in a big way. Tokimune is part of an independent mechanized unit in the Arandian army. When his impulsiveness winds up making him the pilot of an advanced mecha prototype, the Argevollen, he must master this new weapon and bring it to bear to aid his country and achieve his own personal goals.

Near the border of the United Kingdom of Arandas, the frontline forces of the Inglemian army are on the move. Ingelmia has already made several failed attempts to break through the Great Wall but Arandas’ top generals, there to carry out an inspection, may be putting too much faith in their defensive position. A small Arandian mechanized unit in the mountains some distance from the fighting is just starting lunch when their commander Samonji, watching the columns of smoke from the battlefield, gives the order to break camp …

Log Horizon

Elder Tale is an MMO with over twenty million players world wide. When a new expansion is added to the game, Shiro and his friends find themselvers amongst the several hundred thousand players across the world that are now literally trapped inside the game.

Tonight’s Episode: “Student of the Mage“

So far Minori’s attempts to improve Shiroe’s standing in the community seem to have only worsened it. And in the middle of this she comes to realize her own feelings for Shiroe, as well as the fact that she has lost to Akatsuki, in spite of the ninja’s awkwardness at expressing herself. But the Libra Festival continues, and everyone in Log Horizon is making their own plans for the day. Naotsugu even has a job; Food Safety Inspector.

Soul Eater Not!

DWMA (Death Weapon Meister Academy) is the place to go if you find that you are able the change into a weapon and need to master your new-found ability. Which is how Harudori Tsugumi finds herself in the United States, as part of the new class of students at the academy. Here she will learn to control her power and team up with one of the meisters (Students training to wield Death Weapons). However, she can’t quite make her mind up about which one to team up with.

Tonight’s Episode: “Their Various Resolves“

Meme was used as bait to try and lure Shaula out of hiding, but when Tsugumi and Anya snuck in to comfort their friend they find she was already under Shaula’s control as the witch uses her to dispatch Sid and begin her assault on DWMA. And with Sid dead, princess Anya must now return to her homeland. The rest of Death City, however, remains blissfully unaware of all of this. But Shaula’s assault is only just now beginning, and everyone will soon feel the witch’s malice.

Samurai Flamenco

He started as an enthusiastic amateur, grew into a trained hero with high tech gadgets, and now he leads a team of heroes backed by a giant robot. Hazama Masayoshi’s childhood dream of becoming the hero Samurai Flamenco has been fulfilled and then some. Of course, to be a hero you need villains to fight. But there seems to be no shortage of candidates lining up for that role …

Tonight’s Episode: “The Quiet Life“

Alien Flamenco has been sent back to his own world and the parade of villains has ended. At Hazama’s request the consciousness of the universe has turned earth into a peaceful paradise. Over the last six months Hazama’s biggest hassle has been his unwanted nomination for President of the World. Gotou’s job has also gotten easier, although he hasn’t quite accepted the idea that evil is completely gone from the world. Still, the situation allows Gotou to meet his girlfriend for a date, and Hazama is not invited no matter how much he may want to meet her…

Witch Craft Works

Takamiya Honoka’s life used to be completely normal. That is until the day he was attacked by a Witch of the Tower and learned that Kagari Ayaka, the most popular girl in school, is secretly his personal bodyguard and a witch herself. Now Takamiya must contend with a growing procession of eccentric magic users out to either kidnap or kill him, all whilst trying to figure out why anyone is interested in him in the first place.

Tonight’s Episode: “Takamiya and Noblesse Oblige“

Takamiya has learned more about the White Princess sealed within him, and the seals on her, from the science teacher Mikage. Meanwhile Ayaka has used her authority to appoint Takamiya Student Council president and herself Vice President, giving them a reason to be together that no one can object to. But Kazane has decided to pay a visit to the Takamiya household in order to speak with her daughter. Which could be bad timing, considering Kagari has been hiding Medusa and her apprentice Tower Witches downstairs.

Sidonia no Kishi (Knights of Sidonia)

A thousand years after mankind fled Earth, Sidonia is a vast colony ship traversing deep space. The people within, genetically altered to contend with the harsh demands of space travel and Sidonia’s limited resources, live under a military dictatorship. Nagate Tanikaze however knows almost none of this, he has spent his life in the service tunnels of the ship, training in mecha combat simulators. When he is finally found by the rest of the Sidonia’s population, Tanikaze finds himself inducted into their military to help defend the colony ship against monstrous beings known as Gauna.

Tonight’s Episode: “Undead“

Kunato deliberately sabotaged the mission against the Hive-type gauna in order to discredit Tanikaze. Getting numerous pilots killed, including Hoshijiro. The flight roster has been re-filled by commander Ichirou and several trainees, whist Ichirou’s job has been handed over to Midorikawa. And her first job is annihilation of a rogue gas giant concealing the surviving gauna from the last sortie. But what emerges from the remnants of the planet is three Gardes frames … including Hoshijiro’s.

Gokukoku no Brynhildr (Brynhildr in the Darkness)

As a young boy, Ryouta Murakami cost a dear friend her life. A mistake he has never forgiven himself for. To this day he seeks to verify his lost friend’s belief in the existence of aliens. But when a strange girl shows up at his school, a girl who bears an uncanny resemblance to his dead friend, Ryouta’s attention is pulled away from the stars to face the dark secrets this new girl brings with her.

Tonight’s Episode: “The Meaning of Her Smile“

The new member Kotori is either a very dim-witted escapee or a good actor, either way the rest of the stargazing club now knows she is a mage. But there is already a new hunter at work disposing of the other escapees. One of whom calls Kazumi for aid, prompting Kuroha to run off to the very location Kana foresaw her dying. There they have now encountered the hunter, Kikako. An AA+ magician whose destructive power was just demonstrated on the escapee she was hunting.

Kill la Kill

Ryuko Matoi is a girl on a mission; to find the person responsible for her father’s death. Her search has led her to Honnouji Academy, a brutal, totalitarian school where the student council, led by Satsuki Kiryuin and empowered by their Ultima Uniforms, rule over everyone else. Ryuko quickly finds herself at odds with Satsuki’s dictatorship, but aid comes to Ryuko both from unexpected allies within the school … and a set of skimpy talking clothes.

Tonight’s Episode: “Incomplete“

Ryuuko is now a mind-controlled slave of Ragyou and the Life Fibres, her own blind hatred and recklessness leading her straight into her mother’s trap. Satsuki managed to escape during the confusion and re-join with the Four Devas and Nudist Beach aboard their aircraft carrier, the last gift of the Takarada Conglomerate. But Ryuuko, now wearing Junketsu, has arrived to kill them all. And she is clearly enjoying every second of it. In response Satsuki has donned Senketsu, and retrieved the two halves of her old sword from the Four Devas, in order to stand against her.
