Synopsis

Kiniro Mosaic (Golden Mosaic)

Shinobu Omiya once stayed in England, where she met and befriended Alice Cartelet. Years later when Shinobu is in high school, Alice comes to Japan as an exchange student and the two renew their friendship.

Tonight’s Episode: “Rainy With a Chance of Aya“

Alice’s friend Karen has now transferred to Shinobu’s school, although she is not in the same class as Alice and Shinobu. After some encouragement Karen has managed to make friends in her class, and her accented Japanese is becoming a fad. Much to Alice’s annoyance. But Alice has bigger problems, she learned only this morning it’s Shino’s birthday and she has no present. She’s also learning that Shino is a little sensitive about birthdays, since both friends and family talk about her having an ‘old soul’.

Fairy Tail

Magic and mayhem in the nation of Fiore. The members of the infamous mage’s guild Fairy Tail spend their days sorting out problems for the residents of Magnolia and battling the odd apocalyptic demon or dark guild. Of course they don’t let little things like that get in the way of having fun.

Tonight’s Episode: “Lost Magic“

The Seven Kin of Purgatory have dispersed about the island along with the rank and file of Grimoire Heart. Mest has been revealed as a plant by the Council of Mages rather than a dark mage. And Makarov has learned, to his own horror, that the master of Grimoire Heart is the old master of Fairy Tail, Purehito. The same man that passed leadership of the guild down to him years before.

Jin, Black Rabbit and the ‘Problem Children’ have arrived at the Perseus community headquarters to free the now petrified Leticia. The rules of the Game state they must find and challenge Luios, the community leader, without being seen themselves. There are many strong members of Perseus inside waiting for them, some of them gifted with invisibility. On top of that Izayoi correctly guesses Luios has commandeered the powers of the demon lord his predecessor enslaved. With an explosive entrance to stir up the defenders each of the No Names takes up their role in Izayoi’s plan.

Preview – Witch Craft Works

Takamiya Honoka’s life used to be completely normal. With Shiro’s help Serara has escaped Susukino and the guild Brigandia has been defeated, their leader Demikas making an unplanned visit to the Cathedral. Serara and Nyanta, busy collecting firewood, come across a wild deer and the Chief declares that this is now his time to shine. Having escaped from Messier with the unexpected aid of the same Sky Pirates that first attacked them, the Ferrari sisters now focus on finding the next Galileo sketch, which it turns out is in Germany. When they arrive, however, they find the location deciphered from their sketch has been recently redevelooped. Kazuki, still pining for the life she left behind, refuses to to help but Anna encourages Hazuki and Hozuki to search anyway. As Hozuki thinks back to the attack by Roberto and Kazuki’s desire to just hand over the sketches, she is caught unawares by a scruffy stranger …

Samurai Flamenco

Hazama Masayoshi; male model by day, superhero by night. Or at least, that is the plan. With no super powers, no high tech gadgets, and no real training, enthusiasm is the only thing Hazama has to help him battle the drunk office workers and truant teenagers of Tokyo. Police officer Hidenori Goto becomes an unwilling accomplice to the exploits of ‘Samurai Flamenco’ and along the way they both learn what it truly means to be a hero of justice.

Meanwhile MMM, the idol group Hazama got his first TV appearance with, are trying to put together a new album and their main composer, Mari, is not answering her phone …

Jormungand: Perfect Order

Child soldier Jonah continues his job as bodyguard to the eccentric arms dealer Koko Hekmatyar in this second season. Allies are threatened and enemies start to pile on as her plans for the mysterious “Jormungand” begin to take shape.

Tonight’s Episode: “Castle of Lies: Phase 1“

Kasper, having shown Jonah his three childhood friends safe and secure and living normal lives in Japan, calls on Koko and her squad for assistance in tracking down the group currently interfering with his business in South East Asia. Heblieves it is the Special Research Squad, a Japanese government black-ops unit and Tojo’s former employer. Koko however is not pleased. She guesses, correctly, that Kasper has already provoked the SR Squad and tells him to clean up his own mess. Kasper however won’t take no for an answer.

Kyoukai no Kanata (Beyond the Boundary)

Akihito Kanbara is the half-human son of a dreamshade. Although never completely normal his life becomes a little more exciting when he meets Mirai Kuriyama, the last surviving member of a cursed clan of dreamshade hunters, and Akihito takes it upon himself to help her integrate with the other spirit warriors of their town and boost her confidence.

Tonight’s Episode: “Moonlight Purple“

In spite of his help in slaying the dreamshade that haunted her apartment and introducing her to the other hunters of the area, Kuriyama still tries to push Akihito away. She cannot live the way he and the others do because she has taken a human life. Akihito and the others however continue to offer help and support in spite of Kuriyama’s half-hearted refusals. But there is another reason for staying in touch with the new hunter. The Hollow Shadow, an un-killable dreamshade, is approaching the town and everyone needs to be warned to stay away from it.

Kill la Kill

Ryuko Matoi is a girl on a mission; to find the person responsible for her father’s death. Her search has led her to Honnouji Academy, a brutal, totalitarian school where the student council, led by Satsuki Kiryuin and empowered by their Ultima Uniforms, rule over everyone else. Ryuko quickly finds herself at odds with Satsuki’s dictatorship and must challenge the power of the student council in order to find her father’s killer. Aid comes to Ryuko both from unexpected allies within the school … and a set of skimpy talking clothes.

Tonight’s Episode: “Purity“

When Satsuki was just a little girl, her father showed her the stunning white uniform that would be her wedding dress, and it captivated her. Its name was Junketsu (“Purity”). Reflecting on her childish ignorance only further infuriates Satsuki that Ryuko has managed to don a godrobe before her. Ryuko, meanwhile, is trying to pin down her sneaky, exhibitionist homeroom teacher Aikuro. He made a promise to reveal what he knew about her uniform, Senketsu, and her father’s murderer.
