Synopsis

Kamisama Hajimemashita (Kamisama Kiss)

After her father runs away to escape his gambling debts and she is evicted
from their meagre apartment, Nanami Momozono finds a sudden change in her
fortune after rescuing a stranger from a dog. She is rewarded by being made the
diety of the local shrine, gaining a home, two cheerful servants and one very
snarky fox spirit.

Tonight’s Episode: “The God Loses her Home”

News of Nanami becoming the new earth diety, and getting to keep Tomoe as a
familiar, is slowly making its way through the spirit world. Narukami, the
Thunder Diety, having just learned the news decides to see wether or not Nanami
deserves that title. And wether she deserves to keep Tomoe. The Diety in
question, meanwhile, has overslept and is late for school again. Despite
Tomoe’s protests she sets off without eating his breakfast and without his
protective headband. Thunderclouds gather ominously on the horizon …

Hyouka

Unable to say no to his elder sister, Oreki Hotaro joins his school’s
Classic Literature Club to prevent it from being shut down. And despite his
earnest desire to avoid expending any energy at all, the other members of the
club will drag him along on all manner of mysteries. Making good use of the
deductive skills he refuses to believe he possesses.

Tonight’s Episode: “The Truth of the Classics Club and its History”

Hotaro and Satoshi are heading back from Chitanda’s house, Hotaro’s theory
having explained the events surrounding the Classic’s Club and Chitanda’s
uncle. Satoshi asks why Hotaro put the effort into solving the mystery and
although he tries to blame Chitanda for it, he eventually admits that after
watching the other three give it their all, he wanted to try ‘wasting energy’
himself for a change. But then a chance mention of the Classics Club and
Sekitani Jun to his sister over the phone throws Hotaro’s theory out the
window…

Fairy Tail

Magic and mayhem in the world of Fiore. The members of the infamous mage’s
guild Fairy Tail spend their days sorting out problems for the residents of
Magnolia and battling the odd apocalyptic demon or dark guild. Of course they
don’t let little things like that get in the way of having fun.

Tonight’s Episode: “Key of Hope”

Natsu, Wendy, Carla and Happy try to set the record straight. Explaining to
the Fairy Tail guild of Edolas that they are from the parralel world of
Earthland, and they have come looking to rescue the other members of their
Fairy Tail guild, currently held in the royal city. The Edolas guild, however,
has only bad news for them. The King of Edolas monopoizes what magical energy
is left in the world, making him and his army unstoppable. Fairy Tail is the
last guild left in the world, all the others have been wiped out, and they only
survive by running away. Natsu, however, is not leaving without his
friends…

Hanasaku Iroha

After Ohana’s mother and boyfriend run away to escape debtors, leaving her
behind, she moves into Kissuiso, the inn run by her grandmother Sui. Here she
discovers a world very different to the one she grew up in as the learns the
ins and outs of working at an inn and comes to know the people she now lives
and works alongside.

Tonight’s Episode: “Pool on the Hill”

Yuina walks slowly up the winding stairs of Kissuiso, only to be ambushed
first by Ohana at the top of the staircase and then by Nako at the bottom. With
nowhere left to run she throws herself out the window! Filming at the inn is
coming along nicely. However Sui, whilst sticking to her promise of not getting
involed, is troubled. It seems her daughter has not completely forsaken the inn
as she took the time to call and warn Sui that there was something fishy about
the film crew…

Uchyuu Kyoudai (Space Brothers)

As kids Muta and Hibito Nanba made a promise, that they would both become
astronauts. 19 years later Hibito is on the verge of fulfilling that promise
but Muta is not doing nearly so well, that is until he is accepted into the
astronaut training program.

Tonight’s Episode: “Et Cetera in My Head”

Mutta has finally shown up at the Johnson Space Center, the holy land for
aspiring astronauts. Meanwhile, back at JAXA, the selection process for the
astronaut candidates continues. However things do not look good for Mutta, the
story of how he headbutted his supervisor has finally reached the selection
committee.

Sword Art Online

VR technology has made full-immersion video games possible, and the latest
and greatest is Sword Art Online. But the players who logged in on the first
day find that logging back out may be a lot harder, and the challenges of the
game more than they bargained for.

Tonight’s Episode: “The Phantom Avenger”

In the midst of trying to unravel the truth of the murders within the Golden
Apple guild, and learning the circumstances surrounding the death of Griselda,
the former leader of the guild, another former member dies. A knife is buried
in Yoruko’s back, thrown by an assailant several rooftops away. Kirito gives
chase but the assailant has a teleport crystal. Schmit is convinced it is
Griselda’s ghost come for revenge, but Kirito insists there must be a rational
explanation for how players are killed in a safe zone. He and Asuna discuss the
matter later that night on a park bench, when a dropped sandwhich sparks a
revalation …

Girls und Panzer

The students of Ooarai Girl’s High School are showing their skill at
Sensha-do (tank martial arts). With new transfer student and former Sensha-do
practicioner Miho Nishizumi to lead the way, they will pit themselves against
the best from other schools around the country.

Tonight’s Episode: “Reaching the Climax of Our First Match”

Having figured out that Saunders Academy was listening in on their radio
transmissions Ooarai High has successfully lured two of their tanks into an
ambush Unfortunately for Saunders Academy they haven’t realized Ooarai are on
to them, and so nearly all of their team gets sent on another wild goose chase.
Of course this doesn’t do Ooarai a lot of good unless they find and take out
the enemy flag tank, and with only five tanks to their opponent’s nine (they
only managed to nail one in the ambush) that’s still not going to be easy.

Jormungand: Perfect Order – Preview Item

Child soldier Jonah continues his job as bodyguard to the eccentric arms
dealer Koko Hekmatyar. Allies are threatened and enemies start to pile on as
her plans for the mysterious “Jormungand” begin to take shape.

Tonight’s Episode: “The Snake that Admires the Heavens”

Port Elizabeth, Dr Miami finds herself outside what used to be the office of
Mr Chen, the head of the Daxinghai company. There she finds Karen Low huddled
up on the sidewalk, apparently homeless and aimless now that her employer and
idol is dead. Dr Miami enthusiastically recruits Karen as her new assistant,
and Karen takes to the job enthusiastically. Despite the problems the flighty
Dr Miami causes for all who must deal with her. And then Dr Miami takes her to
the Solomon Islands where Koko is overseeing the launch of an HCLI satellite,
bringing her face to face with Valmet …

Mawaru Penguindrum

Miracles! Mystery! Penguins! After a hat they purchased at the aquarium
brings their terminally ill sister Himari back to life, Shouma and Kanba
Takakura find the hat has a mind of its own and uses their sister’s body to
command them to seek out the “Penguin Drum” with the assistance of three
helper penguins… that no one else can see.

Tonight’s Episode: “My Soulmate”

Despite the threats to Himari, Tabuki is unable to get Kanba to reveal where
his parents are hiding. But once Himari is safe, Kanba stops in at a ramen shop
he has visited before. There he meets with some very special people. Tabuki on
the other hand has all but vanished, quitting his job and leaving Yuri as well.
But the most important thing is that Himari is safe, and finally discharged
from hospital.

Toaru Majutsu no Index II (A Certain Magical Index II)

Life continues to be anything but dull for Index, the girl with over a
hundred forbidden grimoires sealed away inside her mind and Touma, her de-facto
guardian and the young man with the power to dispel any effect he touches with
his left hand. As rogue magicians, dangerous psychics and religious fanatics
all decide to make Academy City their personal battleground, Index and Touma
must strive to protect their friends and their home. Such misfortune!

Tonight’s Episode: “Spell Structure (Divine Punishment)”

Accelarator has tracked dow Last Order and disposed of all of Kihara’s
soldiers, if he can manage to finsih off Kihara with the 60 seconds of battery
life he has left its all over. Kihara taunts him about trying to act the hero
despite all the evil he has done, Accelarator however has no illusions about
himself. But before he can land a decisive blow, his 6o seconds are up. Touma
meanwhile is battling with Vento, keeping her from getting to, and killiong,
Kazakiri. He berates Vento for her antagonistic approach to other people and
ideas, prompting her to reveal why she hates science so much.
